Our Internet and video-conferencing facilities can facilitate face-to-face interviews of prospective Indian employees for our employer clients located at any corner of the world.The steps involved in selecting candidates are as follows:
- Receive the power of attorney / authority letter / demand letter from the client.
- Submit the power of attorney / authority letter / demand letter to the consulate
- Make an artwork of the advertisement & Get approval of the same from the client
- Release the advertisement in relevant newspapers having the best readership reach to target appropriate candidates.
- Receive applications, scrutinize & shortlist candidates.
- Send short-listed CVs to the client and get a list of candidates selected by them.
- Organize online interviews (chat, video-conference, tests etc.)
- Organize final interviews at a predefined time & venue if required.
- Send candidates for trade test (if necessary).
- Get new list of selected candidates.
- Send candidates for medical test.
- Receive final confirmation from the client.
- Co-ordinate Travel arrangement of the selected candidates with the Employers’ Agents or our empanelled Travel-Agents.
CANDIDATE SCRUTINY
This is the most crucial phase of scrutiny, where the years of experience & authentic verification are concerned, we have counts. We have a on our panel, consultants in each field working with us to take care of all matters right from short listing to immigration. Add to this, is another set of specialized consultants who work with us on a project-to-project basis. These highly specialized consultants, of whom there is an urgent need, are found through our extensive network of connections. Through this excellent network, we can trace the consultant (and hire) even before most recruiters can figure out where to look for them. MESH can send relevant and applicable resumes from our vast databank, both manual & computerized, to clients. This process could be initiated in parallel with the above activities, allowing us to match your requirements in “shortest possible time”. We have specialized consultants for:
- Personality Evaluation.
- Language Skills (Fluency).
- Primary tests to evaluate the social skill of the candidate.
These primary evaluation processes itself eliminates a whole lot of candidates. The next phase of the selection process involves candidates test on the vacancy skills. The candidate is evaluated on the technical issues of the vacancy. These are:
- Preliminary written tests.
- Viva voce.
- Specialized tests for all trades and industry.
